If so, you are welcome to start your career with us as a graduate. The goal of the program is to provide a fast track into the IT business, offering a wide variety of challenging opportunities. As a member of the IT Graduate Program, you will be part of a multicultural and high-performing team. You will work on state-of-the-art IT projects and deal with current business issues on an international level.

What can you expect?

Your home location will be Hanover, Germany, and you will be employed on an unlimited contract. During the individual program, you will complete four assignments, each six months long, in different IT functions, locations, and divisions dealing with currently ongoing projects and topics. The first assignment will be in one of our IT departments in Germany, while the following ones will be cross-divisional and/or based abroad. You will work on business-relevant issues and contribute to the value creation of the IT division. Your challenging project assignments will allow you to assume responsibility immediately and enable you to prove your skills while solving problems, shaping innovations, and contributing to  change. During your international assignment, you will gain more insight into the international collaboration of the IT departments and you will enhance your intercultural experience. The major focus of your last assignment will be on-the-job training to gain final practical experience for the upcoming placement.

What could your future look like?

After you have successfully completed the two-year program, you will take on a position with your own responsibilities within our IT organization.

You have many possibilities – which one you take is up to you! You could e.g. start in IT Service Management, work as a consultant in the field of SAP, or become a project manager. Of course, you also have the option of taking on a more technical position, for example as Solution Analyst & Developer.

What do we expect?

  • You have a Master’s degree in IT or Economics/Engineering/Natural Sciences majoring in IT. The program is also available to Bachelor’s graduates with practical work experience in a multicultural environment in the relevant field of work
  • You have international experience (study abroad or internship)
  • You have fluent English language skills, German language knowledge is welcome
  • You feel comfortable in an international working environment and can offer a high degree of mobility and flexibility in traveling and working abroad
  • You are open-minded, result-oriented, and capable of solving complex tasks
  • You are a responsible team player with excellent communication skills
