If so, you are welcome to start your career with us as a graduate. The goal of the program is to provide a fast track into the IT business, offering a wide variety of challenging opportunities. As a member of the IT Graduate Program, you will be part of a multicultural and high-performing team. You will work on state-of-the-art IT projects and deal with current business issues on an international level.

What can you expect?

  • Your home location is Hanover, Germany. There we will host a Welcome Week, an sound onboarding program with other IT graduates.
  • You will gain valuable overview and experience through four assignments in various IT departments from different divisions and locations, guiding your desired career path.
  • You will have the opportunity to contribute to significant and interesting projects in various fields, such as Big Data, Cloud solutions, IT architecture, Artificial Intelligence and IT Project Management.
  • In addition to on-the-job tasks and development, you will have training opportunities to further develop technical and other competencies.

What could your future look like?

After you have successfully completed the two-year program, you will take on a position with your own responsibilities within our IT organization.

You have many possibilities – which one you take is up to you! You could e.g. start in IT Service Management, work as a consultant in the field of SAP, or become a project manager. Of course, you also have the option of taking on a more technical position, for example as Solution Analyst & Developer.

What do we expect?

  • You have a Master’s degree in IT or Economics/Engineering/Natural Sciences majoring in IT. The program is also available to Bachelor’s graduates with practical work experience in a multicultural environment in the relevant field of work
  • You have international experience (study abroad or internship)
  • You have fluent English language skills, German language knowledge is welcome
  • You feel comfortable in an international working environment and can offer a high degree of mobility and flexibility in traveling and working abroad
  • You are open-minded, result-oriented, and capable of solving complex tasks
  • You are a responsible team player with excellent communication skills
