The Corporate Quality Graduate Program is split in four assignments, each with a duration of six months. Your home location will be one of our hiring locations around the world where you will be employed on an unlimited working contract which guarantees you a final placement within the company.

During the first assignment in your home location, you will focus on learning the basics of quality at Continental and you will start to build your own individual network. Part of this assignment is a basic quality training in Germany together with the other Corporate Quality Graduates.

The second and the third assignment will take place in one of our business units as well as in a plant where you will solve business-related problems and take over real-life projects. Changing between different organizational structures, perspectives, responsibilities and customers throughout the assignments enables you to gain a deep understanding of quality and to think out of the box.

To ensure a seamless transition of your learnings and experiences into your final placement, you will be responsible for a strategic project in the location of your future position. This unique chance enables you to broaden your strategic view, prove your skills, contribute to a change, create value and gain final experience for the upcoming placement.

All assignments will be accompanied by on- and off-the-job trainings, both together with the other Corporate Quality Graduates as well as individually in your assignment location.
