How does it work? Just register on the job portal, set up a profile, and upload your application documents such as degrees and certificates, references, and proof of relevant international experience or additional qualifications.

How to: Online Assessments

As a general rule, as soon as you have submitted your application you will be invited to take our online assessment, which you should complete as soon as possible.  This lets us give you a professional and fair assessment of whether you would be a good fit for the vacancy and for Continental. To achieve best results, we recommend that you answer the questions in an environment where you can concentrate and work without interruptions. There is no time limit, so you can take as much time as you need to complete the assessment. All that matters to us is the result.

First Encounter: Job Interview

If the results of your online assessment and your application indicate you would be a good match, our HR department or recruiting center will contact you and invite you to a face-to-face interview. In some locations and for certain positions, you may also be asked to participate in a telephone or online video interview or an assessment center.
