- Total amount increases to over €130 Million
Hanover, March 6, 2015. The Continental Corporation is again sharing its success with its employees worldwide. For the 2014 fiscal year, the company is distributing a record amount of over €130 million to entitled employees worldwide. The amount has increased continuously over a number of years. The terms differ from one country to the next and the program takes into account both legal regulations and local purchasing power. Based on this, the country-specific amounts per employee are €503 and €1,006 respectively. For fiscal 2013, they were €475 and €950.

It is especially important for us to demonstrate our sense of For One Another across national borders and divisions," explained Continental Executive Board member for Human Relations Dr. Ariane Reinhart.
“In 2014, employees including trainees and work-study students in Germany will again receive a value sharing bonus as laid out in a corporate-wide agreement. This year we have exceeded the targeted level of €1,000. Continental pays the value sharing bonus to employees worldwide. We are thus assuming a pioneering role in our sector in this regard, and we can be quite proud of this fact," said Frank Michael Hell, chairman of the corporation's works council.
